Welcome to my online space. It might be very serendipitous that you have settled here. By whichever mean you arrived, I would like to say this:

The Awakening process can be confusing, frightening, exhilarating, exciting and frustrating. Moments of exquisite clarity and joy can give way to feelings of deep depression and anxiety. It’s during this part of the journey, where I explore our inner landscape and integrate the forgotten or rejected parts of Self, that a non-judgmental witness to our process can provide context and perspective, helping the awakening soul to stay functional and balanced. This is the work that I do.
